My Yoga Routine

Hey Guys!

So, today I just want to share with you guys how I stay motivated to do yoga and show you who I watch to get the perfect routine.

My absolute favorite channel on YouTube is Yoga With Adriene, she is amazing! She also has videos for anything. Videos for when you’re feeling blue, when you’re feeling anxious(My personal fav), and videos for when you just need a little time to relax. Her videos range from beginner to advance, so her channel has something for everyone! And the best part, it’s FREE! Anyone can get on YouTube and have access  to her amazing videos, so there is no reason to not check her out!

I am currently doing her Revolution Challenge, which is 31 days of free yoga routines to get you back into yoga and maybe even help you stick to that New Year’s Revolution! Yoga!

Hey Guys!

So when i was little I started doing ice skating.  I loved it so much and after a few years of doing it my family couldn’t afford to keep me in it any longer. So, I decided to start up yoga and I have been doing it every since. I go through my phases with Yoga. I love it, but I don’t always make it a priority. That’s why I have decided to start writing about it. Since I love writing and yoga, I think writing about my plan and my routine for the day will make me more apt to actually follow through with it!
